The slowly rotating disc evenly absorbs the formic acid from the storage space.

The absorbed formic acid evaporates evenly in the beehive.
3.
Depending on the temperature, the acid evaporates from the disc sooner or later. The amount remains almost constant in every temperature range.
4.
The bottle always fills the storage space to the same level.
The Varrodisc is placed in an empty honeycomb frame
mounted and next to the brood nest
suspended in the hive. So there is none
Expanding the loot necessary.
